    Thank you for your interest in the Medaille University Honors Program! In order to participate and enroll in this program, this form must be submitted. Once we have your form, we will then review your academic credentials to determine acceptance into the Honors Program.

    Submitting this form will confirm your interest in the Honors Program; however, your admissions deposit must be submitted by June 1st in order to secure your Honors position and scholarship.
